Syrah and Viognier

The story of this wine is related to the visit of a good friend of Borovitsa, who shared with Adriana a bottle of selected wine from the Côte-Rôtie appellation in the Rhone Valley and awakened a desire in her, and she made such a wine. The Côte-Rôtie style is the only one in the world where a small percentage of the white Viognier variety is added to the Syrah. Adriana accepts the challenge and creates a memorable wine in which 95% Syrah is complemented by 5% Viognier. The generosity of the red variety is harmoniously combined with the elegant and subtle presence of the white.
