The Guardians MRV

The abbreviation "MRV" comes from the working name of the wine taken from the three grape varieties from which it is made - the French varieties so popular from the Rhone Valley - Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. Like every wine in the "Work Label" series, this wine also has its own special story. Marsan and Russian are usually combined, but on the recommendation of a French consultant invited to Borovitsa, Viognier is also added, and the result is a remarkable combination. MRV necessarily goes through new oak barrels and rests in old ones until the right time is chosen to bottle it. Thanks to this process, and also to the marked character of the local terroir, the wine is very complex and interesting.
