Where do we deliver to?
We deliver nationwide using the services of a courier (Speedy). You can request delivery to a specific address or to a Speedy office.
The products are delivered appropriately packed, according to their type and the transport for delivery.
In what period do we deliver?
For orders placed before 14:00 on a working day, delivery is the next day. For orders placed after 2:00 p.m., delivery is within 48 hours.
For small towns that are not visited by a courier every day, delivery may take up to 3 days.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders over BGN 90, delivery is free, for orders below this value a fixed delivery price of BGN 6.00 applies.
Inventories and harvests
We try to keep all wines from our portfolio available. However, it is possible that if a previous harvest is sold out, some wines may stay out of stock until the new one is bottled.
In rare cases, we may deliver wines from a subsequent harvest to the one noted on the site.
Delivery of the poducts
The wine is handed over to the customer or a third person – adult, who accepts and confirms receipt by signing the accompanying documents. The wine can only be handed over to an adult, who is established at the time of delivery. If a minor is found to be the recipient of the shipment, it will be returned, and the delivery costs will be at the expenses of the customer.
In the event that the customer is not found within the delivery period at the address specified by him or access and conditions for delivery of the products are not provided within this period, the order is returned to the warehouse. The customer can confirm his wish to receive the products even after the expiry of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, by covering the expenses of the re-delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.
