Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir

The story of this unplanned combination of the two varieties of Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir is related to one of the grape growers when the two grape varieties were accidentally mixed during the picking. The wine that is made is extremely elegant, with velvety tannins and delicate fruity aromas of cherry, red berries, and spices, with a pleasant vanilla aftertaste and a long finish. The combination remains in the cellar's offerings as one of the classic wines from the "Borovitsa collection".
