Orange wine – Orange Garden

When, in 2008, the ecologists of Borovitsa planted a branch of Chardonnay, it turned out that it produced an extremely interesting wine with a highly saturated orange colour, which, during fermentation, made the shades of the wine orange - orange wine. They jokingly call the wine "Fanta Orange", and it has become one of the hits of the Borovitsa winery over the years, which has been produced for 10 years.

Continuing the tradition of being innovators, our specialists make the 2021 harvest with another no less famous variety - Ricat.

Orange wine is created using standard technology, with a very short fermentation time. The combination of the selected Chardonnay branch and the terroir is the reason for one of the most delicate orange wines, due to the lower content of phenols and other substances extracted in the classical technological mode.

The new aromas of this new style of wine - juniper, narcissus, bruised apple, and the long aftertaste make it a unique, elegant summer drink.
