Cabernet Franc and Gamay Noir

Borovitsa likes to experiment and renew its ideas with the wines they make - especially in the "Work Etiquette" series. As a continuation of the unplanned combination of Pinot Noir and Gamme Noir, "neighbors" in the "Guardians" vineyard, the blending of Gamme Noir with its other "neighbor" in the vineyard, Cabernet Franc, also occurs. The result is wonderful! The combination of two colossus in French barrels gave birth to a stunning and memorable wine.
