Spring with Borovitza!

Seasons change, the weather gets warmer and Spring is coming! Welcome the Spring season with Borovitza wines - white wine for the warmer days, rose for the longer afternoons and red - for those still chilly evenings!

• Vox Dei - means the voice of God, and it is not for nothing that a wine of the Pinot Noir variety is named after it. The grapes for it come from the magical vineyard "Strajite" under the Belogradchik rocks. The meteorite buried there forms a unique terroir and provides a particle of the necessary sacred energy for the cultivation of good Pinot Noir.
• Gamza Rosé - vinified from the Vidin gamza branch, the juice of which is more delicate compared to the Novoselska one. The vineyards are on the bank of the Danube river, and the soil is fine yellow sandstone. The wine is elegant, with pronounced minerality and aromas of red stone fruits
• Top of the hill - this blend has not been made in the last 10 years. The current batch is made in a 50/50 ratio between the noble French varieties Marsan, Roussanne, Viognier, and Rcasiteli. A wine that is made to create memories.
