The grapes for this wine have an extremely expressive character already at the time of picking. It is immediately transported in for the fastest possible processing. After fermentation, the wine rests on the solids for another 15 days and is then transferred to age in new berries. An outstanding complex, rich wine showing the incredible potential of this vineyard.
