Festive wine from the Northwest

A 60/40 blend of two splendid varieties, Chardonnay and Viognier, from the vineyard in the village of Borovitsa. The vines grow at an altitude of around 400 meters, on the border between rock and sand. The yield is about 350 kg per decare, with fermentation lasting between 15 and 30 days, without additional sulfiting.

Blending takes place immediately after the quiet fermentation, followed by six months of aging in old barrels. Ready to enjoy and share at the table with friends – just as every celebration deserves!
