Information on the rights of individuals in terms of personal data protection

From May 25, 2018. the regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, is in force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.

According to the General Terms and Conditions published here, the site and the electronic store of the Borovitsa winery are managed by the company “Win” EOOD in their capacity as the exclusive sales representative of the winery. 

“Win” EOOD meets all the requirements of the regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent that they are necessary for the provision of the service, and keeps them responsibly and lawfully.

Principles we follow and data we collect

Win EOOD adheres to the following principles:

• legality, good faith and transparency.
• limitation of processing purposes.

You do not need to register to use this Website. If you are just a visitor, no personal information is collected about you. In the event that you decide to contact Borovitsa Cellar by e-mail or register in our wine club, the personal data you have provided will be processed. In order to provide feedback, the following personal data could be processed:

• First and last name;
• Contact details – telephone; information address, correspondence address, e-mail.

In addition, depending on the preferred method of payment for the subscription to our wine club, bank or payment information may be requested and processed respectively.

“Win” EOOD does not collect or process any sensitive personal data.

Provision of personal data to third parties 
In connection with the use of this website, your personal data is not transmitted to third parties. An exception would be only in cases of legal obligation or request of a state authority.

Your rights in the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.

• Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data: If you do not wish all or part of your personal data to continue to be processed by “Win” EOOD for specific or all purposes of processing, you may at any time withdraw your consent to processing by free text request. 
• Right of access: You have the right to request and receive from “Win” EOOD confirmation as to whether personal data related to you is being processed.
• Right to correction or completion: You can correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal data related to you by making a request to “Win” EOOD.
• Right to erasure: You have the right to ask “Win” EOOD to delete the personal data related to you, and “Win” EOOD has the obligation to delete them without undue delay.
• Right to restriction: You have the right to request Win EOOD to restrict the processing of your data.
• Right to portability: You can request Win EOOD to directly transfer your personal data to an administrator specified by you, when this is technically feasible.
• Right to object: You can object at any time to the processing of personal data by “Win” EOOD.
