Gamza and Syrah

A special selection of Adriana Srebrinova. The wine was made in continuation of the idea of combining noble French varieties with typical Bulgarian ones. The combination of Syrah and Gamma is one of the most successful - the wines from the two types of grapes are close in appearance and body and complement each other. The wine is dense, but at the same time very elegant.

The grapes are from neighboring vineyards located on two hills next to the village of Gradec. The Gamza originates from 50-year-old vines, and the Syrah from 22-year-old vines and both vines have a limited yield of 500-550 kg per hectare. The wine was aged for 3 years - briefly in a new barrel, then 30 months in an old one.
