Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard that is growing into its matured state and is located on the hilly Danube River basin on 6 million years old soils. After fermentation in open oak cask, it is aged for 12 months in Bulgarian and American barrels. Apart from its expressive character, the wine also shows remarkable varietal characteristics, and long and spicy dry finish that invariably bears the mark of its origin.
